CCRA COVID Protocols and Procedures

Last Updated August 18, 2022

**Please note these are special policies and procedures for keeping CCRA rowers and coaches as safe as possible during COVID. These procedures are subject to adjustments as information and circumstances change.**

Cortlandt Rowing will be following local and US Rowing guidelines regarding COVID-19 health and safety protocols. These protocols will ensure the health and safety of all rowers and staff.

As per NYS COVID guidelines, effective Feb 11, 2022, masks and proof of COVID vaccination are NOT required to participate indoors or outdoors. However, rowers always have the option to mask if they desire.

  • All rowers must self-monitor for symptoms of COVID19 daily.
  • If you experience symptoms of Covid-19, or were exposed to Covid-19, please do an at at-home Covid-19 test before coming to practice, and follow NYS guidelines regarding COVID exposure/illness.
  • Please notify the club via email if you test positive.
  • Practices may need to be temporarily suspended if local or US Rowing guidelines suspend rowing activities due to increased health exposure of COVID-19
