A coached rowing program for youth to learn all aspects of the sport and prepare for competitive races. There’s a place on the team for everyone. Rowing is a sport for everyone! Develops teamwork, fitness, coordination and leadership skills.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Adult Summer registration deadline is June 30 for Novice and July 8 for Experienced!
Whether you have never picked up an oar, or rowed in high school or college, we welcome all masters (adults ages 18 and up) into the Summer Masters Program.
Whether you have never picked up an oar, or rowed in high school or college, we welcome all masters (adults ages 18 and up) to join our additional Adult Programs
Learn or perfect your sculling (each person has two oars) skills in a stable single (one person) boat in this small group, summer-only program at Lake Meahagh. Two five week sessions will consist of a max of 6 rowers/session. This is intended to be an add-on program for regular summer season members (novice or experienced). First come, first served, with preference given to summer season members who did not take the clinic in the past. Readiness to take the CCRA Independent (‘captain’) skills test will be assessed at the end of each session.

Fee: $150/session

You will receive a confirmation email at least one week prior to the start of the session, at which time, you may pay electronically using Zelle (to CCRAZelle13@gmail.com).
